Check out the upper right hand corner of this pic.
Why is USAToday.com noting the passing of Kurt Cobain and asking "where were you?" As the anniversaries of these notable dead junkies roll by, has USAToday asked what we were doing? Lenny Bruce, Chet Baker, John Belushi, John Bonham, Tim Buckley, Tommy Dorsey, Chris Farley, Judy Garland, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Heath Ledger, etc. etc.
KC created music that had an impact on our generation but, so what? Robert Smith (of The Cure) has inspired 2 entire (goth) generations and he's still walking the Earth. There are many other who have influenced generations and they don't shotgun themselves.
Next. Note the upper right corner of this image. Kosher coke is flying off the shelves because it's made with real sugar and tastes a million times better than Coke made with high fructose corn syrup. Which leads me to ask...how much more expensive is sugar than HFCS? If the sales of KC are that great, why won't Coke just make the real thing with real sugar?
Why do companies go to great lengths to find, create and use chemicals that replicate things that are easily found/readily available?
One more thing...note the article about the study on kids impacting marital bliss. Someone commissioned a study on this topic? Why not also commission a study on how the following impact marital bliss: job loss, serious illness, and a death in the family impact
Do any of you, that still have jobs, find that you have time for Facebook, My Space or Twitter?
Just wondering
