Am no longer interested in Palin or what's his face

I'm sure you're all aware of the debate that is taking place tonight, for non-presidential candidates (aka the slightly less popular kids). Tell me why it is tonight...please! Why did the Presidential debate happen on a Friday but the slightly less popular kid debates are tonight!?

Tonight is supposed to go as follows:

1. Pick Ava up, receive hugs and make her give me kisses.
2. Drive home singing Twinkle Twinkle or Green Frog Song.
3. Feed sudden monster who used to be my child food before she eats part of the table.
4. Watch the Wonder Pets.
5. Bath time, Jammies, Singing of lullaby and prayers.
6. Talk to Larry on phone.
7. At 8pm sharp The Office starts and we watch together over phone.

But no! No #7 for me tonight instead I will have to listen to Palin and what's his face bicker about who is better, and who can actually see Russia!!

I am not happy.

How coincidental Sarah- I have a similar schedule:

1. Go home, get attacked by kids and rescue wife.
2. Bring my oldest to cheerleading practice (I'm also teaching her to slay vampires)
3. Go back home, read a Tinkerbell book with my 5 yr old.
4. Watch Wonder Pets with 3 yr old, start off thinking Ming Ming is cute, after 5 minutes I want to make a duck, turtle and hamster bar-b-que.
5. Pick up oldest, have her read a scary book to me (she has her Dad's taste in literature).
6. Brush teeth, jammies, lots of curse words as kids don't want to go to bed, say prayers and emphasize the words "And deliver us from EVIL" (my kids always crack up at that, my wife does not).
7. At 8pm watch the 2 goofuses go at it. Hope Palin is wearing a Nurses uniform, but probably not...
8. After 10 minutes switch over to my DVD and watch last weeks Office which I missed.

And Sarah, just to let you know, this is EXACTLY what happens in Joe's home. No exaggeration.

I've seen Caitlyn in Slayer practice. She's quite good.

I'm TiVoing the debate, but I have the feeling it's going to end up as boring as all sh*t and I'll probably end up watching Iron Man. Or Firefly...I've been in the mood to watch that series again lately.

And by the way, Joe...that's HILARIOUS about the prayertime. I'm definitely going to do that with my boys as well.

Do you say it like Dr. Evil?

I hate it when my schedule gets screwed up. I think my brain is going to go through some weird unending DO loop because it can't compute not watching The Office tonight. I'm going to have recurring images of Michael Clump saying "I'm gonna sit on you".

Hey Joe,
I just emphasize the word "evil" and I say it in a scary way. I do the same thing for the Hail Mary with the line "Now and at the hour of our DEATH".

I have to cut down cause I think my kids may do this at church...

And yes, I'm probably going to hell... but I figure I have kids so that might save me...

i can't recall what i do anymore. i go home get attacked by 3 kids and a wife telling me it's time for dinner. try to wrangle the oldest 3 to bed, help michelle change and feed the twins get a bit to eat and clean up. then stay up most of the night. i am now a sleep shark, if i stop moving i fall asleep - not like that is different from before - now it's just quicker.

LOL
It was always great coming home to the Manor and seeing Bully sleeping on the couch!

Bully, I totally empathize. I love that term, Sleep Shark.

I used to have my office mate wake me in the event of dozing off at my desk. He did that only 4 times...

Btw, I'm sending out some baby stuff to you today. Finally got up off my ass.

thanks man - totally underestimated the volume of clothes the twins are going through. sheesh.

yeah the manor was great for sleeping on the couch - not like there was 3 couches to choose from or anything

Joe O. I LOVE Ming-Ming. Tuck is a wussy and makes me hate him a little.

I unfortunately know all of the words to all of the DVD's I have...it's sad. Also the Itsy Bitsy Spider one is my favorite.

Sounds like we all have similar schedules!

I didn't mind the debate, but would have much prefered seeing Michael Clump.
